Custom 304/316L Stainless Steel Tubing with Slotting, Diameter Changing, End Sealing, Necking, Sandblasting, and Marking offers precision fabrication of tubular assemblies. This process transforms tubing with operations like slotting, diameter transitions, end forming, necking, sandblasting for a matte finish, and laser marking. Ideal for durable, corrosion-resistant parts with functional geometries and traceability for industrial applications.

Product Processing
Material Selection & Initial Cut: Certified 304 or 316L stainless steel tubing is selected based on needs. The tube is cut to the required length.
Slotting & Perforation: Precision laser cutting or CNC milling creates slots, holes, or patterns in the tube at designated spots.
Diameter Changing & Forming:

Swaging/Reduction: Tube sections are cold-formed using dies for precise diameter reductions (necking) or tapers.
End Forming: Tube ends are formed to create sealed heads or expanded connections using spinning or press forming.
Heat Treatment (Stress Relief): After cold forming, parts undergo stress relief annealing to restore ductility and prevent cracking.
Sandblasting (Bead Blasting): The component is uniformly sandblasted to clean the surface, create a matte finish, improve adhesion, and remove imperfections.
