Product Description:
We craft custom spray tubes by CNC machining 304 stainless steel capillary tubing. This process converts tubing into components with specific orifice patterns, angled spray tips, mounting features, and internal channels. CNC milling creates non-round orifices, slots, and angled ports for fan sprays, cone sprays, or jet streams. The internal lumen is shaped to control flow. Made from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, these tubes are durable, cleanable, and ideal for water and many fluids, perfect for assemblies needing reliable, miniaturized, directed sprays.
