This product undergoes three specific post-draw processes to enhance its functionality: 1) Uniform Sandblasting across the tube body creates a durable, matte, non-reflective surface that improves grip and presents a clean, professional appearance. 2) Precision Laser-Engraved Graduations are applied, providing permanent, high-contrast depth or measurement markings for accurate visual reference. 3) One end of the tube is precision-flared forming a conical or bell-shaped opening. This flare can serve as a stop, a lead-in for easier insertion, or, most commonly, a connection point for securing the tube to a hose barb, ferrule, or other fitting via compression or adhesive. This combination makes the tube a ready-to-integrate component for systems requiring precise fluid management and reliable connections.
