Product Description:
We offer custom design and precision manufacturing of orthopedic drills and hole saws from 17-4PH stainless steel. This material provides high tensile strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good toughness. Our products are engineered to customer specifications, including flute geometry, point angles, diameters, shank types, and cutting head designs for specific materials. Each tool is precision ground and finished for sharpness, concentricity, and reliable performance.

UNS S17400 / AISI 17-4PH (Precipitation-Hardening Stainless Steel).

Heat Treatment
Standard:Condition H900(aged at 900°F). Alternative: H1025 or H1150 for different toughness/hardness balance.
