Product Description:
We provide a comprehensive two-step fabrication service for stainless steel tubes. First, we utilize high-precision laser cutting to create intricate patterns, holes, slots, or custom perforations in the tube walls with exceptional accuracy and clean edges. This can be done on round, square, or rectangular tubing. Second, we apply a controlled electroplating process to deposit a thin, adherent metal coating onto the laser-cut tube. Common plating options include Nickel (for hardness and corrosion resistance), Chrome (for a bright, decorative finish and wear resistance), Gold, or Zinc. This combination allows for the creation of components that are both structurally customized through laser patterning and functionally or aesthetically enhanced through electroplating, resulting in durable, high-quality parts ready for final assembly.
