Product Processing
Material Selection & Verification: High-strength aluminum alloys (6061-T6, 7075-T6, 2024) are selected based on application requirements. Material certifications are verified, and the stock is precision-cut to optimized blank sizes.
Precision CNC Milling (Core Process): The blanks aremachined on advanced 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC milling centers. High-speed machining strategies are employed to achieve tight tolerances (±0.005mm), complex geometries, and excellent surface finishes. All critical features—pockets, holes, threads, ribs, and 3D contours—are machined in this step.
Deburring & Surface Preparation for Anodizing: After machining, all edges are meticulously deburred by hand or using automated methods. Parts undergo a rigorous pre-anodizing cleaning process, including degreasing, alkaline etching, and desmutting, to remove all oils, residues, and natural oxide layers. This is critical for achieving a uniform, high-quality anodized finish.
